SafetySync is designed to be a complete health and safety in the workplace service, replacing meetings and hard copies with a web portal which can be accessed at any time by employees. Create a free account by uploading the relevant safety practices and information for a workplace or by using presets and then assign workers to the particular courses, videos and training course required for their positions. Once this is completed, workers will receive an email with information on how to connect and use SafetySync. There they will find a list of safety related materials to complete, and any new information as it is sent out. Workers can then complete courses online in their own time. Automated reminders can be sent out or managers can access a database detailing completion results. Incentive programs can be implemented or certificates awarded for successful completion. The service is available at a flat fee per user after a trial period has ended and comes complete with expert advice.
